Eng➡️ Light version of Panna cotta with cherries, strawberries, raspberries and oat flakes❤
For 3 servings:
✔300 g frozen fruit (I used raspberries, cherries and strawberries)
✔100 ml of water
✔ 3 teaspoons of sugar, a few drops of vanilla extract
I boiled everything, blended and rubbed through a small sieve, I added 3 gelatine leaves to the hot mousse (previously soaked and drained, I added a spoonful of mousse and stirred)

200 g of natural yoghurt and 150 ml of milk mixed with 2 tablespoons oat flakes, 1 tablespoon of honey, I added a tablespoon of sweet basil seeds, you can use chia and 4 gelatin leaves (prepared as above).
On the bottom of glass I added a few tablespoons of yoghurt, put aside for a few minutes in the freezer, I added a few tablespoons of fruit mousse to the next layer and so on to the last layer gradually add mousse.
