Simple macaroni salad
I got this recipe from my mother however I changed it a bit and now every get together, I get lucky enough to make itπ€π
Macaroni Salad Pinoy Style by Kusinang Pinoy
Ingredients
8 servings
- 1 pound elbow macaroni cooked and chilled
- 2 roma tomatoes diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1 white onion diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp parsley
Steps / How to Make
In a large bowl mix elbow macaroni with all diced veggies and garlic, onion powder and parsley once mixed add mayonnaise and mix again. Can add a dash of paprika on the top and salt and pepper to taste.
