Cajun chicken and sausage Alfredo

Ingredients
8-10 servings
- 1 lb chicken
- 14 oz sausage
- 4 cloves
- 4 tbsp oil (olive oil is better)
- 1 qt chicken broth
- 2 1/2 heavy cream
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 lb penne pasta dried
- 1 cup italian leaf parsley
- 4 oz parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp seasoning salt
Steps / How to Make
In a large pot heat oil over medium heat
Cut raw chicken up into small squares, or into medium size squares as you would like and cut sausage up into small circle pieces
Put Salt and pepper onto chicken and add the chicken to pot once it starts to brown stir in sausage and let it start to brown
Stir in fresh garlic add broth, heavy cream, uncooked pasta and Cajun seasoning and season salt and bring to boil
Once pot simmer cover with lid and turn to heat for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is cook make sure you stir so nothing sticks!!
When pasta is fully cooked remove lid and remove pot from heat stir in parmesan cheese and chopped leaf parsley and add additional seasoning to taste and enjoy!!
