Blueberry galettes - Delish dessert
Vegan Blueberry Galette Easy Recipe by The Plant Based School
Ingredients
- 250 g fresh blueberries
- 30 g sugar
- 1 tbsp starch
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch salt
- Whole Box dough
- 1 egg for wash
- Coarse sugar to sprinkle
Steps / How to Make
Preheat oven to 425
Roll dough on powdered surface and divide into 6 disks.
Mix sugar, starch, nutmeg and lemon. Then add berries.
Roll disks into 4.5 inch circles.(or bigger) spoon mixture into middle.
Fold up edges. Maybe use some kind of glue to stick the dough better?
Brush dough with egg then sprinkle coarse sugar.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden crust and filling bubbling.
