Cheddar Chip Meatloaf

Ingredients
MEATLOAF:
- 2 1/2 lbs beef
- 1 bag cheddar sour cream chips (Ruffles)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 whole sauteed onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
GLAZE:
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbls balsamic vinegar
Steps/How to Make
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Place crushed chips in mixing bowl, add milk and let soak.
While soaking sauté onion
Add all ingredients for meatloaf to bowl and mix together.
Place mixture on pan with parchment paper and form into loaf.
Place loaf in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Mix glaze ingredients together
After 45 minutes add glaze on top of loaf.
Put loaf back in oven and bake for 15 minutes
Let rest for 5 minutes
