It's a breakfast recipe from leftover rice.

Ingredients
1 plate- 1 cup boiled rice
- 1 spoon oil
- 1/4 tsp mustard
- 1 chopped onion(medium size)
- 1 chopped capsicum (medium size)
- 2 chopped carrot(medium size)
- 2 big spoon boiled /frozen green peas optional
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 chopped green chilli
- Salt as per taste
Steps/How to Make
Take a medium size pan, pour oil in it, add mustard seed in the oil for 2 seconds then add chopped onion,carrot,capsicum,peas chopped green chilli and salt.Cover the pan with lid and cooked 8-10 minutes.
When vegetables are cooked, add the rice to the veggie mixture. Pour the soy sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated thoroughly and mixed.
It's ready to eat
