How To Cook Simple Egg Foo Yong 芙蓉蛋 by City Life Meal

- 4 eggs
- to taste shrimps (chopped)
- 1/2 onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 char siew or chinese sausage (chopped)
- 1 spring onions (cut into 1 inch long)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 red chilli (chopped)
Steps / How to Make
In a wok, boil water and blanch shrimps and set aside.
Then in a bowl, add all ingredients in (including shrimps)
In a wok, add oil and pour all ingredients in.
While cooking, poke the omelette with your spatula so it can cook faster.
Serve when it’s cooked on both sides.
