Beansprout Noodle
Mung bean sprout side dish (Sukjunamul-muchim: 숙주나물무침) by Maangchi
Ingredients
- 1 pack dry noodle
- Half cabbage,thinly slice
- Beansprout
- Spring onion
- Shallot and garlic, minced
- Charsiu or roast pork
- Dark and light soy sauce
- Black pepper
Steps / How to Make
Blanch noodle in hot water until it loosen up. Don't over cook. Heat wok and pour cooking oil. Stir fry garlic and shallots keep stirring until aroma comes out, pour cabbage slices and mix well. Add light and dark soy sauce and just a little water. Cook it half cook then add beansprout and noodle. Keep mixing then add the cooked charsiu and spring onion. Then black pepper.
