Ingredients

- 1/2 kg Potatoes
- 250 grams White goat cheese
- bunch Spring onions
- 250 grams Cottage cheese
- 400 grams unsalted butter
- 1/2 kg Fresh Chicken liver
- 2 1/4 large onions
- 4 Carrot
- 1/4 kg Diced spring onions
- 1 cup Milk
- salt
- 2 clove diced garlic
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1 tsp white pepper
Steps / How to Make
Fold butter, Spring onions, warm milk and the two cheeses with the mashed potatoes. Add salt to taste
Sautee onions and carrots garlic and add the chicken liver. Add vegetable stock and cook on medium heat for 7 minutes. Add white pepper. Salt to taste
