Ingredients
- 1/2 lb precooked shrimp (I did chili lime seasoning)
- 2 pkg ramen
- 3 cups Chicken broth
- 3 cups beef broth
- 3 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chinese five spice
- 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup Matchstick carrots
- 1 Celery stalk, Chopped
- 1 lime
Steps / How to Make
Add broth, seasonings, and vegetables in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 6 hours. This will help the broth get rich and give it that ramen flavor
Add ramen in the last 5 minutes before serving.
Place noodles in bowl, pour broth over the top. Place cooked shrimp on top and sprinkle with fresh lime. Enjoy!
