Shrimp Wonton Ramen Recipe at Home | How to Make Shrimp Ramen Better 🦐🍜 by Seonkyoung Longest

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb precooked shrimp (I did chili lime seasoning)
  • 2 pkg ramen
  • 3 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 3 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chinese five spice
  • 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup Matchstick carrots
  • 1 Celery stalk, Chopped
  • 1 lime

Steps / How to Make

Add broth, seasonings, and vegetables in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 6 hours. This will help the broth get rich and give it that ramen flavor

Add ramen in the last 5 minutes before serving.

Place noodles in bowl, pour broth over the top. Place cooked shrimp on top and sprinkle with fresh lime. Enjoy!
