Thai Yellow Chicken Curry with Potatoes by Pinch of Yum
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon yellow curry paste
- 2 chicken thighs
- 250 g coconut milk
- 250 g water
- 1 white onion
- 2 potato
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 1 tsp palm sugar
Steps / How to Make
Fry the curry paste in the coconut milk till fragrant and oil of coconut start to come out.Add chicken thigh (or any proteins) and cook to 50%
Add water and all the vegetables including potatoes.
Add salt and sugar. Cook until meat & Vegetables are done.
