• 1 block tofu
• Half carrot
• Half onion
• Sugar, ketchup, vinegar mixture
• 2 pcs tomato

Steps / How to Make

Cut tofu, pat dry then coat with flour. Then fry it and set aside

Saute onion, carrot mix well then add tomato. Pour mixture simmer a little then add in fried tofu. Coat tofu with the sauce. Cook a little then remove
