Best Sausage Gravy Recipe - This is the best sausage gravy I think there is around. May not be so great for you but oh is it good. It always disappears so quickly.Its so good paired up with bacon and I like to dip my bacon in maple syrup when I have this. Hopefully it's not too weird! lol

Ingredients

• 1-2 pounds mild ground sausage I like to use Jimmy Dean
• 1/2 cup Kentucky kernel seasoned flour
• 1/2 cup regular all purpose flour
• 8 cups whole milk
• 2 tablespoons real butter or bacon grease
• To taste salt and pepper I add a good amount
• Baked buttermilk biscuits

Steps / How to Make

In a large skillet with high sides over med high heat brown and crumble sausage and DO NOT DRAIN

Then mix in butter or bacon grease and coat with flour

Add in milk bringing to a boil whisking till thickened then lower heat if you like add a little more milk and continue to cook and wisk till desired thickness and add in salt and pepper to taste

Served over baked buttermilk biscuits and enjoy
