Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Steps/How to Make
Mix all ingredients together
Pour in unbaked nine-inch pie shell; bake one hour at 350 degrees.
