How to Make Vermicelli Rice Recipe

Vermicelli rice



Vermicelli Rice | Lebanese Rice by Sajees Kitchen 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Egyptian rice
  • 1/2 cup vermicelli
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbsp ghee or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Steps / How to Make

Wash rice and soak for 30 minutes then drain

Heat the cooking pot, add ghee or oil

Add vermicelli, toss until golden

Add water and bring to a boil

Add rice, salt and stir keeping on high heat until boiling point

Cover and leave on low heat for approximately 20 minutes or until the rice has cooked

Serve as you desire
