Ingredients

- Ulu Cake
- 1/2 Ulu
- Small onion
- 6 jumbo 🦐 / 1 cup 🦀 meat
- 5 green onion
- 2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt/Pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Pesto
- 1/4 cup mac nuts
- 1 cup basil
- 1 cup parsely
- 1/2 cup oil
- Salt/Pepper
Steps/How to Make
Cook ulu til soft
Smash in mixing bowl
Mix in meat, onions, salt/ pepper
Dip in egg and breadcrumbs
Fry in oil until golden brown
Serve with pesto
