Ingredients
4 servings
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup Semolina
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 Cup Clarified Butter
- As needed Lukewarm water
Steps / How to Make
In a mixing bowl take all the dry ingredients and mix them well.
Add clarified butter to it and rub it with your palms and give it crumble texture.
Now knead the hard dough by adding little by little water at a time.
Once the dough is ready. Divide it into parts and roll it into a big and about 2 inch thick tortilla.
Now the cap of any small water bottle start cutting the cashews.
Once cutting is done heat oil in a pan and start frying the cashews.
And when it turns golden in color take it out on absorbent paper and sprinkle mango powder and red chilli. (Optional).
Your munching snack is ready to serve with tea or coffee. Enjoy!
