How To Cook Simple Egg Foo Yong 芙蓉蛋 by City Life Meal

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 eggs
  • to taste shrimps (chopped)
  • 1/2 onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 char siew or chinese sausage (chopped)
  • 1 spring onions (cut into 1 inch long)
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 red chilli (chopped)

Steps / How to Make

In a wok, boil water and blanch shrimps and set aside.

Then in a bowl, add all ingredients in (including shrimps)

In a wok, add oil and pour all ingredients in.

While cooking, poke the omelette with your spatula so it can cook faster.

Serve when it’s cooked on both sides.
