Ingredients

1 person
  • 250 g tteokbokki (Korean rice cake)
  • 100 g fish cake (cut into pieces)
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (korean red pepper paste)
  • 1 tsp gochugaru (korean pepper chilli flakes)
  • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
  • Spring onion
  • Mozarella cheese

Steps / How to Make

Boil rice cakes in 400 ml water for 2 mins

Add fishcakes and boil another 2 mins

Add gochujang and gochugaru and mix

Add spring onion and mozarella cheese to liking
