Cheese tteokbokki
Cheese Tteokbokki (치즈 떡뽁이) by Ivy
Ingredients
1 person
- 250 g tteokbokki (Korean rice cake)
- 100 g fish cake (cut into pieces)
- 400 ml water
- 1 tbsp gochujang (korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tsp gochugaru (korean pepper chilli flakes)
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- Spring onion
- Mozarella cheese
Steps / How to Make
Boil rice cakes in 400 ml water for 2 mins
Add fishcakes and boil another 2 mins
Add gochujang and gochugaru and mix
Add spring onion and mozarella cheese to liking
