BLT Wedge Salad With Blue cheese and Homemade Zesty Russian Dressing
This is my version of a classic steak house salad, great served with grilled foods with everyone getting a wedge!

Ingredients
4 servings
1 head iceburg lettuce cored and cut into 4 wedges
2 large ripe tomatos, cut into wedges
8 slice crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
8 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red hot sauce such as franks
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 chopped green onions
Steps / How to Make
Make Dressing
In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, ketcup, pickle relish, lemon juice, black pepper, hot sauce, green onions and garlic powder combine until smooth
Place a wedge of lettece on plate, put tomato wedges around lettece, sprinkle bacon and blue cheese over lettece wedge drizzle with dressing and serve.
