Mexican Pasta Salad with Chipotle Lime Dressing by The Endless Meal
Ingredients
- Penne pasta noodles
- Canned corn drained
- Black beans rinsed and drained
- Grape tomatoes
- Shredded mozzarella cheese or favorite cheese
- Rotisserie chicken or already cooked chicken strips for salads
- 1000 Island dressing
Steps / How to Make
Rotisserie chicken take all the meat off of the chicken set aside
Cook pasta noodles to box directions when noodles are done rinse in cold water to cool pasta.
Add all ingredients together
