Dorayaki - love these pancakes and it is a great dessert for all sushi fans out there. make sure you read recipe thourougly though!

Ingredients
6 servings
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sweet sake
- 1 sodium bicarbonate
- 150 grams flour
- 50 ml water
- 1 filling
- 200 grams berries
Steps / How to Make
think of filling first, traditionally red beans but I use custard
add all ingredients in given order, always mix well
careful just 1/3 sodium
amount of water varies
when everything is mixed well, prepare pan
use dough for mini pancakes
pancakes should look even, use minimum oil!
let pancakes cool down
use 2 pancakes and filling (traditionally red beans, custard works very well, too) make sandwiches, cut them in half
serve with berry sauce as dip
