Buttered Tofu
Creamy Butter Tofu by αmbi's secretkitchen
Ingredients
4 servings
- 4 blocks tofu cut into cubes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 egg
- Oil
- Japanese Mayo
- 1/2 cup All purpose cream
- Green and red dried chilli
- Dried garlic
Steps / How to Make
Cut tofu into cubes coat with egg mixed with pepper and fry until cooked
Drain extra oil set aside. Add the butter to the pan until melted. Pour in the light soy sauce stir and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Add the tofu to the butter mixture then pour in the all purpose cream. Stir let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chilli, garlic and mayo then serve
