Ingredients
2 servings
- 1 cup semolina
- Half cup curd
- 1 cup boiled grated potatoes
- 4-5 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Pinch ASAFETIDA
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Half tsp black pepper
- Butter or oil to roast
Steps / How to Make
Mix semolina grated potatoes and all the spices together
Roast cumin seeds+garlic+mustard seeds+sesame seeds
Now add them to semolina mixture and mix well.make a smooth thick mixture
Spread one spoon around on nonstick pan after greasing roast one side then turn the side after sprinkling some oil drops and let it cook at medium flame.
Make crunchy and golden and cut in any shape and enjoy yumm cutlets
