Ujido Matcha
Ingredients
6 servings
- 4 cups spaghetti
- 3 onions
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 cup bacon
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 3 oz prosciutto
- 2 1/2 fl oz olive oil
- Salt
- 6 1/2 fl oz milk
- 4 tsp matcha powder
- 6 1/2 fl oz water
- 4 tsp kelp tea powder
Steps / How to Make
Slice onions. Mince garlic. Slice bacon.
Whisk milk, matcha and kelp powder in bowl. Set aside
Heat bacon and onions over medium heat once brown lower heat and mix in matcha mixture, cream cheese and season with salt.
Cook spaghetti in a pot of water and strain.
Mix in with sauce and top with prosciutto.
