Egyptian Baked Pasta Recipe | Macaroni Bechamel | Em's Kitchen by Em's Kitchen
Ingredients
6 Servings- 3 tbsp flour
- Cup milk
Ghee
- Pasta
- Minced beef
- Onions
- Tomato paste
- Eggs
Steps / How to Make
Boil water for the PastaIn another pot, Sauté the onions and when it is golden brown add the minced beef
When cooked add 1 tbsp of tomato pasta and 1/2 a cup of water
Season with salt and pepper
For Bachamel: add ghee and oil, then add the flour and keep stirring for a while, then gradually add the milk while whisking
Add salt and pepper and after the sauce thickens. Turn off the heat and add the eggs
