Lemon Cake Mix Brownies - Iam not much of a lemon person, but wow 🤩 these was so good. It’s now a keeper and must make in the summer. I will probably be making theses year around who am I kidding lol .

Ingredients
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1/3 C vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t lemon zest optional
Steps / How to Make
Spray 8X8 pan with non-stick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together first 3 ingredients.
Spread evenly into pan. To Cook
Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool and then cut into bars.
Drizzle glaze mixture over bars.
Glaze In a separate bowl, mix together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
