How to Make Healthy Mix Chutney - This is most traditional recipe ever whenever Indian daals or lentils that all are incomplete without these chutneys
Ingredients
5 servings
- 1 cup mint
- 1 small apple
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1-2 green chilli
- 1 cup raw mango
- 1 cup basil
- 1 cup grapes
- Half cup tamarind
- 1 tomato medium
- 1 inch ginger
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rock salt
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- Pinch hing or ASAFETIDA
- Half tsp black pepper
Steps / How to Make
Mix all the ingredients together and blend with hand blender
Do not make paste just blend like thick mixture
Enjoy with lentils and stay safe stay healthy
