Chicken Waldorf Salad - Easy lunch option!

Ingredients
4 to 6 svgs.
- 3 cups cooked diced chicken
- 2 cups grapes, halved
- 2 apples, diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 10 cups fresh mixed greens
Steps / How to Make
Cook and dice chicken.
Cut grapes and add to bowl.
Cut apples and add to bowl.
Chop walnuts and add to bowl.
In separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise.
Mix into bowl with chicken, apples, grapes and walnuts.
This is a great lunch for meal prepping. Just place salad in separate bag to keep from getting soggy.
Enjoy served with fresh greens!
