McDonald's McGriddle KETO LOW CARB! Gang! F'ing Delicious! Wow! by Khanh Eats Keto
version of McDonald's McGriddle. Or rather, A McChaffle. If you don't know what a "Chaffle" is, it is a keto version of a waffle but only uses cheese and eggs as it's base ingredients.I can't believe how easy, quick, and delicious this was to make. Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1 T almond flour
- 1 T sugar free maple syrup
- strips Sausage patty, ham slice, or bacon
- Fried egg
- Slice cheese
Steps / how to Make Best "McGriddle" Chaffles
- Mix first 5 ingredients.
- Cook in waffle maker for 5 or 6 minutes.
- Make sandwich.
